ABOUT US
Micro Plating specializes in uniform electroless nickel plating, proprietary MicroLube and MicroSlik plating solutions, and applying electroless nickel buildup for mold repairs. We are sought out to complete ASTM B733 spec plating, AMS-C-26074 spec plating, Mil-C-26074 plating work and more. At our Pennsylvania based facility we also offer value added services to make our electroless plating work as beneficial as possible. For example, we can complete glass bead blasting pre-treatments to ensure surface evenness prior to plating a substrate and provide a range of post-plating heat treatment services

Our goal is to provide your molds and other substrates with the precise plating thickness and desired corrosion resistance every time you contract our business.
With a team of J.I.T. trained personnel, each of whom averages 25 years of plating experience, you can always expect high quality electroless plating and prompt lead times when contracting Micro Plating. In addition to our trusted team, we maintain the equipment needed to handle parts ranging from just ounces up to 250 pounds. Our RoHS compliant plating solutions are frequently deposited on substrates made
of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, and aluminum alloys. With thicknesses as low as .0001” up to .0035”, we have flexibility not only in the alloys we can
plate, but in the corrosion resistance you can request for your substrates.
