OUR STORY
The corporation is headquartered in northwest Pennsylvania near the Allegheny National Forest. Three locations make up the Penn-Sylvan complex where we employ saw mills, grading stations, dry kilns, and kiln dried storage. As a result of the vast experience of our staff in export marketing and the domestic hardwood industry our company has excelled in the hardwood
lumber business. We have our own sawmills and dry kilns and are close to the source of good timber. These are strengths that can translate to your bottom line.
Known as the leading manufacturer of 3/4 inch lumber, Penn-Sylvan has produced all
thicknesses of hardwood lumber for the past 25 years. Familiarity with the area’s natural
resources, the company’s ideal forestry location and having the most extensive logistics department based on volume give Penn-Sylvan International the advantage and the
opportunity to serve our customers in the hardwood industry. We have decades of
experience with export shipments.
